In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court, which is taken on record.
On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that the proceedings registered under Section 133 Cr.P.C. have been decided by order dated 12.8.2024 passed by the Deputy District Magistrate, Badlapur, District-Jaunpur.
As the order dated 13.2.2024 passed by this Court in Application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. No. 3814 of 2024 has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed.
The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order 12.8.2024 passed by the Deputy District Magistrate on merits in appropriate proceedings.
The contempt application is disposed of.
