In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has received instructions in the matter and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record.
On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that vide order dated 4.9.2024, the Deputy District Magistrate, Madiyahun, District Jaunpur, i.e., the opposite party has decided and rejected the application for interim relief filed by the applicant in the case registered under Section 144 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. The order dated 4.9.2024 has also been handed over to the Court and is part of the instructions.
The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 4.9.2024 before the appropriate Forum.
As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The application is disposed of and consigned to records.
