In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record.
On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that case No. 02576 of 2019, Computerized Case No. T201915060802576 registered under Sections 144 / 116 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 has been decided by order dated 3.8.2024 passed by the Deputy District Magistrate, Martinganj, District Azamgarh, therefore, the order passed by the writ court has been complied by the opposite party.
In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The application is dismissed .
