The instant contempt application has been moved by the petitioner alleging non compliance of the order dated 28.10.2023 passed by the writ court in Writ-A No.8372 of 2023.
Shri Ran Vijay Singh learned counsel for the contemnor has filed an affidavit of compliance annexing a copy of the order dated 11.11.2024 whereby the representation moved by the petitioner has been decided.
Having considered the aforesaid, this Court finds that the order passed by the writ court stands complied with, accordingly no further orders are required in the matter.
The contempt petition is dismissed.
