1. Sri Lalit Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent file affidavit of compliance duly signed by Sri Anand Kumar Singh, Managing Director Pradeshik Cooperative Dairy Federation Ltd. Lko is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it was obligatory on the part of the respondent authorities to pay compound interest as specifically mentioned in the para - 6 but the same has not been paid.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent requested for some time to file better affidavit of compliance.
