Shri Sunil Bajpayee, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, while filing affidavit of compliance duly sworn by the respondent-Mr. Ramesh Singh, District Inspector of Schools, Ballia, submits that the formal order has already been issued and the amount of Rs.3,48,058/- has been transmitted in the account of the applicants. It is also informed that the respondent-Mr. Ramesh Singh has been transferred from Ballia and is now posted at Mau.

The aforesaid affidavit of compliance is taken on record.

In view of the above facts, the notices in relation to the respondent-Mr. Ramesh Singh are hereby discharged.

Shri G.C. Verma, learned counsel for the applicants, while filing impleadment application, also informs that the new incumbent Mr. Devendra Kumar Gupta has joined on the post of District Inspector of Schools, Ballia. It is also informed that salary bills have already been sent by the Committee of Management to the Finance & Accounts Officer, but the salary is not being paid to the applicants.
