"1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.

This application under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 09.04.2024 passed on Writ-A No. 2530 of 2024.

Shri Mayankar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been allowed to join his duties, but the salary is not being paid to him.
