- Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in pursuance of order dated 05.04.2022, formal order was passed on 06.12.2022 but the benefit of the same has not been given to the applicant.

- Shri Vinayak Saxena, learned Standing Counsel placed written instructions dated 18.09.2024 duly signed by Shri Hariom, Director, Janjati Vikas, Govt. of U.P., Lucknow and informed that some time has been requested by the authority for making compliance of the order of Writ Court.
