The respondent has filed compliance afÏdavit today which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in compliance of the interim order dated 05.03.2022, the decision has been taken on the application of the petitioner for grant of financial upgradation under the ACP Scheme and in consequence thereof, the payment has also been credited in the account of the applicant on 04.07.2024 & 03.09.2024. The copies of the payment receipt has been enclosed as annexure no. 12 & 14 of the compliance afÏdavit.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the applicant has drawn the attention of this Court to Annexure no. 13 of the compliance afÏdavit i.e. the pay pension order dated 03.09.2024 and has submitted that the pension has been shown as Rs. 50,175/- and payment of some dues has been mentioned but no details have been provided.

The said submission of learned counsel for the applicant could not been seen in the contempt proceedings.

If the applicant has any grievance, he may raise the same before the writ court where Writ A No. 6483 of 2021 is pending which has been filed by the applicant.

The contempt petition has become infructuous, hence dismissed.

¶13

Notice issued earlier is hereby discharged.
