Present application has been filed by the applicants for the following main relief:-

"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash Charge Sheet No. 41/2024, dated 21.02.2024 and summoning order dated 04.04.2024, arising out of the Case Crime No.0023/2024, under section 420, 504 IPC against the petitioner no.1, and under section 504 IPC against the petitioner no.2, Police Station-Patti, District- Pratapgarh, in Crl. Case No.7809/2024, titled as State V/s Shabana and others, pending in the court of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Room No.24, Pratapgarh, against the Petitioners, as contained in Annexure No.1 and 2 to this petition."

Learned counsel for the parties jointly stated before this Court that the matter can be resolved by way of amicable settlement and there is possibility of the same. To resolve the dispute between the parties, the matter be sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

It is, therefore, provided that the matter be placed before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 12.08.2024. The applicants shall deposit an amount to the tune of Rs. 10,000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on or before 12.08.2024 which shall be used by the Mediation and Conciliation Centre itself.

List/put up this case before this Court after completion of mediation on 19.09.2024 as fresh alongwith report in this regard.

Till the next date of listing, the proceedings in issue against the applicants shall be kept in abeyance.

In case, the amount aforesaid is not deposited by the applicants, the interim protection granted by this Court shall not be available to applicants and the Court/authority concerned is at liberty to proceed in the matter in accordance with the law.

It is also made clear that on the next date of listing, the interim order would not be extended without hearing the learned counsel for the applicants.
