"1. Heard Shri Farooq Ayoob, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri A.K. Verma, learned AGA for the State.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant has requested that he may be permitted to implead the informant/complainant in the array of the opposite parties as opposite party no.2.
3. Considering the aforesaid request, learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to implead the informant/complainant as opposite party no.2 in the array of the opposite parties during course of the day.
4. Let notice be issued to newly impleaded opposite party no. 2.
5. Steps be taken within seven working days.
6. If steps are taken, office shall proceed accordingly.
7. List this case on 25.11.2024. On that date, the informant/complainant shall appear in person before this Court.
8. The S.H.O., PS- Kotwali Nagar, Barabanki shall ensure the presence of the informant/complainant on the date fixed.
9. In the meantime, objections/counter affidavit may be filed.
10. Learned AGA shall intimate this order to the S.H.O., PS- Kotwali Nagar, Barabanki telephonically/ through e-mode/any other convenient mode for its compliance."
