The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in F.I.R./Case Crime No.141 of 2023, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Cow Slaughter (Prevention) Act, Section 11 Cruelty of Animals (Prevention) Act and Section 429 I.P.C., Police Station Naugarh, District Chandauli, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail.
