- At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submitted that charge sheet in the matter has been submitted on 31.08.2021 and cognizance has been taken but the said documents and material of investigation have not been filed and there is no disclosure of the said fact.

- Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file supplementary affidavit annexing the material collected during investigation, copy of the charge sheet, copy of summoning order and the entire order sheet of the trial court.
