Applicant has approached this Court through this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Ballia to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Case No. 743/2011, titled State Vs. Janardan Ram and another, arising out of case crime no.47 of 2009, under Section 494 I.P.C., Police Station Rasara, District Ballia, in a stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the applicant does not press the prayer in order to move appropriate application before the trial court for expediting the trial proceedings.
