Applicant-Complainant has filed this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the trial court to expeditiously conclude the trial proceedings of Case No. 1255 of 2018; titled State vs. Shantanu @ Annu & others, arising out of Case Crime No. 450 of 2016, under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sikandra, District Agra, in a stipulated period.
Concededly, after framing of charges on 25th March, 2021, the trial had commenced, wherein an application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. was moved for summoning additional accused and the same has been decided recently on 20th May, 2024.
Therefore, no ground is made out for issuing the directions for expeditious disposal of proceedings of the subject case.
The application fails and is hereby dismissed.
