Applicant-Complainant has filed this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the trial court to expeditiously conclude the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 39361 of 2023; titled Neelam Anand vs. Anant Prakash, under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Gorakhnath, District Gorakhpur, in a stipulated period.
A perusal of the zimni orders would reveal that the subject case was filed on 2nd August, 2023 and the written statement by the opposite side is yet to be filed.
That apart, the case is being adjourned on various grounds and the trial court is fixing short dates in the case, therefore, no exceptional ground is made out for issuing any further direction for expeditious disposal of the pending case.
Resultantly, the application fails and is hereby dismissed.
