While explaining the injuries suffered by the accused- Raja Babu, learned State Counsel has stated that after giving knife blows to the victim, the mob caught hold of the accused and inflicted injuries to him.
Learned State Counsel further states that in this regard no complaint was ever given by the accused- Raja Babu for registration of a case, however, he prays for time to produce the copy of the medico legal report revealing the condition of the accused at the time of his admission in the hospital.
