2. Sri Kunwar Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
3. The applicant No.1, Sanjay Kumar Verma, is also present before this Court in person.
4. Vide order dated 02.09.2024, notice was directed to be issued to opposite party No.2 for ascertaining her willingness as to whether she is also willing to get her dispute settled amicably through the process of mediation or not. According to office report dated 25.09.2024, notice upon opposite party No.2 is served. However, opposite No.2 is not present before this Court or no one has put in appearance on her behalf, when the matter was taken up for hearing.
5. Thus, in aforesaid view of the matter, list this case in the week commencing 10.02.2025.
6. Meanwhile, opposite party No.2 may file counter affidavit, if she is so advised.
7. Interim order, if any, shall continue to operate till the next date of listing.
