3. List this case on 24.05.2024 as fresh.
4. In the meantime, Mrs. Jayanti Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel shall seek written instructions from the respondent about the fact that why the order of the Writ Court has not been complied with.
5. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to provide a copy of the contempt application to learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, forthwith."
