Heard Ms. Manisha Singh, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Pankaj Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for both the parties jointly agreed that parties have settled their dispute with regard to the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504 of IPC on the basis of compromise. A certified copy of compromise is on record at paper book page no. 61A-B.
Put up as fresh on 30.01.2025.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case No. 1716 of 2024 (State v. Ishwar and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 94 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324 and 506 of IPC, Act Police Station Amroha, district Amroha, shall remain stayed, against the the applicants.
