1. Heard Mr. Abhishek Singh, the learned counsel for applicants, the learned A.G.A. for State and Mr. Bhaskar Bhadra, the learned counsel representing first informant-opposite party-2.

1. Perused the record.

1. Present application came up for admission on 03.07.2024 and this Court passed the following order:-

"1. Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submitted that the parties have settled their dispute arising out of the offence punishable under Sections 324, 325, 323 and 504 I.P.C. vide compromise dated 8.11.2023, a certified copy of which is annexed as Annexure-4 (page no. 39) to the paper-book.

2. Both the parties are directed to appear before the court concerned for verification of the compromise.

3. The applicants are directed to file certified copy of the compromise along with record of verification proceedings by means of a supplementary affidavit by the next date fixed.
