Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Arun Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.

Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the entire proceedings of Case No. 625 of 2020 (State vs. Deepak Mishra and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0984 of 2019, under Sections 366, 342, 376, 506 I.P.C., Police StationMeja, District-Allahabad pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 10, Allahabad on the basis of compromise dated 14.3.2024.

Earlier vide order dated 22.7.2024, it has been noticed that the parties have amicably settled their dispute by entering into compromise and therefore, its verification was directed.

Subsequently, supplementary affidavit dated 3.9.2024 has been filed annexing certified copy of the order dated 12.08.2024 passed by Additional District Judge/F.T.C. 1st, Allahabad, indicating such compromise having been verified by the parties.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, on the basis of instructions, does not dispute the said fact.

In view of aforesaid fact, the compromise shall form a part of this order and in view of which, the proceedings of Case No. 625 of 2020 (State vs. Deepak Mishra and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0984 of 2019, under Sections 366, 342, 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Meja, District-Allahabad, are hereby quashed .

The application therefore, stands allowed .
