Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.
Although petition has been filed challenging order dated 28th May, 2024, learned counsel for petitioner submits that inadvertently initial orders of recovery dated 16th September, 2023 could not be challenged. He therefore upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw this petition to file afresh.
Considering aforesaid submissions, the petition is dismissed as withdraw granting liberty to file afresh.
