Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1,2 and 3 and Mr. Mohan Singh learned counsel for opposite parties 4 and 5.
Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15th April, 2024 and for direction to opposite parties to permit petitioner to continue on the post of Gram Rojgar Sewak and for payment of honorarium with effect from Ist April, 2023 with interest.
Short counter affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party No.5 is taken on record as per which the gram panchayat vide resolution dated Ist July,2024 has terminated services of petitioner.
In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition in order to effect challenge to the order of termination.
Considering submissions advanced, petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh.
