Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 1.3.2024 passed by Sessions Judge, Agra in Criminal Revision No. 546 of 2023 (Smt. Anita Devi Vs. State of U.P. and others), whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 6.6.2023 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra in case No. 685 of 2021, whereby the learned magistrate dismissed the Protest Petition.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
