Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Uttam Kumar Gond, learned A.G.A. for the State through video conferecing.
Present bail cancellation application has been filed to cancel the bail order dated 24.8.2022 passed in Case Crime No. 6 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 308, 325 of I.P.C., P.S. Kaudiya, District Gonda.
Learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that grounds for cancelling the bail is mentioned as taken in the present application which is related to non-appearance of the accused person.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application.
In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed.
