Sri Rahul Gaur, Advocate, holding brief of Ms. Anjali Singh Tomer, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 01.04.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge (FTC) No.2 (For trying Case Crime against Women) in S.S.T. No. 1200 of 2022 (State v. Ravindra and Another) arising out of Case Crime No. 35 of 2022, under Sections 302 and 34 of IPC, P.S. Titawi, District Muzaffar Nagar, whereby, discharge application has been dismissed.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application.
In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
