Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 28.2.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 7, Budaun in Criminal Revision No. 64 of 2023 (State of U.P. Vs. Shivlendra Kumar Singh), whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 7.11.2022 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun, whereby an application to withdraw the case has been dismissed.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
