Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ashwini Kumar Rai, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 16.2.2023 passed by Sessions Judge, Jaunpur, in Crl. Revision No. 210 of 2022, whereby revisional court affirmed the order dated 26.9.2022 passed by C.J.M., Jaunpur, by which an application u/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C. has been dismissed.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application.
In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
