None appears on behalf of the petitioners to press the petition nor any illness or out of station slip has been sent by learned counsel for the petitioners.
This Court on 04.07.2024 has passed the following order, which reads as under:-
"None appears to press the petition.
However, learned Standing counsel has pointed out that the instant petition is not maintainable as the order is under challenge has been passed in exercise of powers under Section 229-B of U.P. Z.A 7 L.R Act under which the petitioners has efficacious remedy.
Since none has put in appearance, accordingly, in the interest of justice, list this matter on 11.07.2024 as fresh.
Learned counsel for the petitioners shall address the Court on the maintainability of petition. In case, none appears on the date fixed, appropriate order will be passed."
In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
