Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the written instructions, has submitted that the instant petition has become infructuous, inasmuch as, the primary relief sought in the instant petition was to initiate proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code against the alleged encroachers. It has been informed that in furtherance thereof proceedings have been initiated bearing Case Nos.202404710103316, 202404710103317 and 202404710103318 and the matter is now listed on 24.07.2024. The said instructions are taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his grievance stands satisfied.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
