The record indicates that on 24.05.2024 the Court had granted time to the petitioner to comply with the earlier order dated 13.05.2024, however, till date the documents have not been filed nor the supplementary affidavit.
In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh as and when the proper documents are made available.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty . It is also made clear that whenever the petitioner files the second writ petition, he shall make proper disclosure of the instant petition.
