Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. K.K. Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for payment of arrears of ACP benefit alongwith interest.

For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 08.12.2022. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same.

Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party No.1 i.e. The Nagar Ayukt (Municipal Commissioner), Nagar Nigam, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide representation dated 08.12.2022 within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of representation dated 08.12.2022 alongwith certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of .
