Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the judgment and order dated 06.12.2023 passed by the writ court has been complied with. Now nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the punishment order and the rejection of the representation by filing a writ petition.
As prayed, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous and it is always open for the applicant to avail the remedy, as may be permissible under the law.
Notice issued earlier is hereby discharged.
