Respondent has filed compliance affidavit which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that in compliance of the judgment and order dated 09.02.2024, the representation of the petitioner has been decided by order dated 31.05.2024 but while deciding the representation, the matter has been forwarded to the State Government for its approval and has very fairly submitted otherwise the judgment and order dated 09.02.2024 has been complied with and the contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to file a writ petition if he is aggrieved by the decision on the representation of the petitioner.
As prayed, the present contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous and it is always open for the applicant to avail the remedy, as may be permissible under the law.
Notice issued earlier is hereby discharged.
