Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Shashank Bhasin learned counsel for opposite party No.1. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party No.2 stand dispensed with.
Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to correct petitioner's father's name in the high school mark sheet as well as other educational documents.
Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to move a fresh representation before opposite party No.1 i.e. Regional Officer, Central Board of Secondary Education, Regional Office, Prayagraj who shall consider and decide the same within period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
