Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.1 to 5.

In view of order being proposed to be passed, notices to opposite party no.6 stand dispensed with.

Amendment application filed today seeking amendment of prayer no.1 is taken on record. The same is also allowed in view of its consequential nature. Consequential amendments in the memorandum of petition shall be incorporated during course of day.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for payment of regular salary for the post of Assistant Teacher (Sahityacharya) on which she is working. Further prayer for a direction to opposite parties to pay arrears of salary with effect from 01.07.2020 alongwith interest has also been sought.

Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.4 i.e. District Inspector of School, Ayodhya who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority.

With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of .
