Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.1 & 2, Mr. Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.3 and Dr. Uday Veer Singh, learned counsel for opposite parties no.4 & 5.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for payment of post retiral benefits to petitioner in view of the fact that he has superannuated on 31.03.2022 and only sum of the post retiral benefits have been paid.

For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before competent authority. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same.

Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite parties No.4 & 5 i.e. District Basic Education Officer, Gonda & Finance and Accounts Officer, Gonda collectively. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid benefits, actual payment of same shall also be ensured within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of .
