This is an application for withdrawal of the present second appeal.
Shri Deo Raj Singh, learned counsel for the applicants/appellants submits that the parties have entered into compromise/settled the dispute, therefore, the appellants/applicants does not want to press the appeal and want to withdraw this appeal, therefore, the instant application may be allowed and the second appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of above, the instant application is allowed and the Second Appeal No.123 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.
