Heard Sri Deepak Kumar Kulshrestha, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the bank.
Petitioner before this Court has not denied the bank loan amount and he has approached this Court challenging the recovery proceedings with prayer that repayment of loan amount be accepted in easy installments. However, admittedly, petitioner has not approached the bank before approaching this Court.
Learned counsel for the bank fairly submits that in case the petitioner approaches the Bank and prays for repayment of entire amount of loan in easy installments, same will be considered in established procedure of law.
Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as fair statement made by learned counsel for the bank, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the bank with the prayer raised in this petition, and if benefit scheme is available, that will be sympathetically considered by the bank.
