Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
None appeared on behalf of bank.
Petitioner before this Court has not denied the bank loan amount and he has approached this Court challenging the recovery certificate with prayer that repayment of loan amount be accepted in easy installments. However, admittedly, petitioner has not approached the bank before approaching this Court.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the bank with the prayer raised in this petition, which will be sympathetically considered by the bank.
