Heard Sri Sharad Sharma holding brief of Sri Vikrant Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner submits that a recovery notice was issued against petitioner without supplying a copy of inquiry report despite a specific direction of this Court to provide a copy thereof.
Learned counsel fairly submits that though no specific averment has been raised in this writ petition in this regard except that inquiry was concluded ex-parte.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State respondent has fairly submitted that copy of inquiry report will be provided to petitioner.
Be that as it may, as there was an order of this Court to provide a copy of inquiry report to petitioner, therefore, without interfering with recovery notice at this stage, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent authorities that a copy of inquiry report shall be provided to petitioner within a period of seven days from today. Thereafter, petitioner has liberty to take appropriate legal remedy available to him.
