There is no dispute that there is an outstanding loan amount of Rs.20,00,000/- as on date and till date only Rs.1,00,000/- has been paid after the order passed by this Court on 19.12.2022.
Petitioner has not come up with any option of installments. The Court cannot fix any installment as it is for bank to fix installment and for that bank is always ready to do so.
Therefore, without giving any relief as sought in this petition, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it is up to the bank to fix any installment for repayment of loan and petitioner is at liberty to approach Bank for this purpose.
