Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State and perused the record.

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:

"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no.1 to decide expeditiously restoration application No.NIL against exparte order dated 01.08.2018, in case No.03590 of 2018 (Computer Case No.T201802030403590) (Smt. Sahdei Vs. Smt. Seeta Devi & others), under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 registered before Sub Divisional OfÏcer, Handia, District Prayagraj. "

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would sufÏciently be met in case, the aforesaid restoration application is considered and decided in a time bound period.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and an appropriate direction may be issued to respondent no.1 to consider the grievance of the petitioner.

Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case as well as if there is no other legal impediment available, the respondent no.1 is hereby directed to consider and restoration application No.NIL in Case No.03590 of 2018, (Computer Case No.T201802030403590) (Smt. Sahdei Vs. Smt. Seeta Devi & others), under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to all the effected parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
