the petitioner to deposit 50% of the outstanding dues i.e. Rs. 2,71,340/- within a period of two month from today to show his bonafide and the remaining amount in six bimonthly equal installments commencing from 15th January, 2024 and so on. The last installment to be deposited shall carry the up-to-date interest on the due amount which the respondent-Bank may duly communicate to the petitioner.
