It is argued by the counsel appearing on behalf of contesting respondents that pursuant to the order dated 14.07.2022 passed by the respondent no.2/Assistant Registrar Firms, Societies & Chits, Gorakhpur, fresh elections have already been held on 21.08.2022. The aforesaid elections were duly approved and thereafter the signature of one Shri Ram Kumar Thapa has already been attested on 01.10.2022 by the Manager of the institution in question.
After going through the same, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
