On oral mention made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is extremely urgent as electricity supply to the colony was disconnected, we sent for the record of the case and accordingly it is put up before us for hearing.
Sri Tarun Agarwal, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3, submits that the electricity supply, as per his instructions, was restored yesterday, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
