Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 who on the basis of written instructions submits that the case of the petitioner after document verification did not favour as the caste certificate submitted by the petitioner was not found from her father's side/
It has further been informed that the case of the petitioner was considered under unreserved category instead of OBC and she has also been allotted Programme Study Centre, State Medical College, Pratapgarh.
In view of the aforesaid, the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having been infructuous.
