By the impugned order dated 14.06.2022, passed by the MemberSecretary, District Administrative Committee, Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies Centralized Service, Bareilly/Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bareilly, the petitioner has preferred an appeal to the Chairman, Regional Administrative Committee, Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies Centralized Service, Bareilly/Joint Commissioner and Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bareilly Division, Bareilly.
The appeal has been preferred on 25.06.2022 but has not been decided till date.
The Chairman, Regional Administrative Committee, Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies Centralized Service, Bareilly/Joint Commissioner/Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bareilly Division, Bareilly is ordered to decide the petitioner's pending appeal within fifteen days of the receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the result to the petitioner
within one week of the decision being made, at the petitioner's address mentioned in the cause title to this writ petition.
This petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid orders.
