The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has received all the post retiral benefits due to her on account of her husband's services.
It is averred in paragraph no. 2 of the said affidavit that group insurance to the tune of Rs. 1,93,780/- has been credited to her account.
In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are required to made in this writ petition.
It is consigned to record.
